As a result, your employees can be left behind, and may not be at the top of your list of priorities, but there are some things that you can do to get them back in the loop, and ensure that your relationships are as positive as possible.
Reward them when you can
If your employees have done something great for your business, you shouldn’t look over this. Sure, you pay them to do the work for you, but if they’ve really gone out of their way for their work, you should reward them appropriately. Whether you do this by giving them a bonus of some sort, or you organize a meal for all of your team members, they will feel like their hard work was worthwhile when you recognize it and reward it. If you don’t do this, you risk losing your best team members, as they will surely move to another company that appreciates them more!
Always pay them properly, and on time
As the owner of your business, you’ll always make sure that you’re paid on time, and that your wages are accurate. After all, you’ve worked for them, haven’t you? Well, the same thing applies to your employees, and they will tire of asking you time and time again to pay them on time, and give them the correct wages. Remove the workplace hierarchy

If you’re going to make things a little more relaxed, you need to let go of this where you can, and treat everybody as if they have some great ideas to share with you. This will open up some doors to conversation, and is likely to improve your business, too, as your employees will want to share their thoughts with you about how you can improve. This is certainly worthwhile, so get rid of the strict roles in the office.
